Open Control Panel in Windows 10 – Control Panel is an important utility of the Windows operating system that we use often. The Control Panel is a group of all windows settings, but in Windows 10 most of the settings are available under Windows Settings. However, there are several ways to open the Control Panel in Windows 10.

Open the Control Panel in Windows 10, there are several different ways to find and change your settings: Application settings, Control Panel, application settings, and search. Most of the settings that you want to change can be found in the Settings application.

You can adjust most Windows settings in Settings, such as adjusting the size of your screen, adding or removing devices, customizing the lock screen, changing the date and time and adding user accounts.

The Control Panel includes several additional settings that you might use less often, such as customizing the desktop.

This tutorial will show you how to open the Control Panel in Windows 10, and change it to display with the Category view, Large icon, or Small icon.

The following is the Open Control Panel in Windows 10

Step 1 – Perform step 2, step 3, step 4, or step 5 below to find out how you want to open the Control Panel.

Step 2 – Open the Win + X Power menu, click / tap on the Control Panel, and proceed to step 6 below. (see screenshot below).

Step 3 – Press the Win + R button to open Run, type Control, click / tap on OK, and proceed to step 6 below.

Step 4 – While in File Explorer, click / tap the first arrow on the left in the address bar, click / tap on the Control Panel on the menu, and proceed to step 6 below. (see screenshot below).

Step 5 – If you have displayed all the folders in the navigation pane that were turned on when in File Explorer, click / tap on Control Panel in the navigation pane, and proceed to step 6 below.

Step 6 – Select to see Control Panel in the Category view, Large icon, or Small icon.

Step 1 – First of all, Open Command Prompt on your desktop.

Step 2 – Next, Enter the “Control panel” Command and press enter.

Step 3 – This will open the control panel on your screen.

Open Control Panel Through Windows PowerShell

Step 1 – First, press the “Windows + X” shortcut key on your desktop.

Step 2 – This opens the quick access menu, just click on “Windows PowerShell”.

Step 3 – In the PowerShell Window, simply enter the “Control panel” command and press the enter key.

Step 4 – This will open the Control panel.
